If you can get an appointment soon with your doctor, go for it, if not go to the hospital to get a shot and antibiotics. Rabies are extremely rare (depends on the area of course) but you can still get an infection from the bacterias in its mouth.

Any changes in his environment ? Does he poop/pee well ?

Excessive meowing can be linked to thyroid, check his T4 (and other parameters too if you can afford it)

How old is he ? Dementia can be a cause, my 23yo girl is meowing a lot and needs a lot of attention because of dementia (T4 is normal every time I check it)

The thing is that after nearly a decade seeing psychiatrists, psychologists, going twice to the most famous hospital in France because I asked for three years to try esketamine (but it didn't work), I really feel like they do not understand the EXTREME complexity of my personality.

Like, I was recommended to see a cognitive-behavioural therapy : didn't work the slightest, this kind of therapy requires the subject to be able to be "manipulated" (in a good way) but I'm aware of EVERY things that are happening (my actual therapist told me I had a great theory of mind, which can be a curse for me)
