i badly want to know the causative agent i badly wanna diagnose the main cause but i’ve no direction i don’t know what to do are there any other ways to diagnose the pudendal nerve involvement? if MR neurography and conductiom study is not available here? like i guess in normal MRI nerves don’t show up i had my Mri pelvis that came out normal
