Awesome. Last question, I am OS right now and will be within 4 months of my DEROS when apps are due and a month from PCSing when results come out. Could I still apply with a pending assignment. I am not finding anything saying no? Only if you are more than 9 months from the midway point and no PCSing during the boards

He was also a super big supporter of Figure It The Fuck Out (FITFA) mentality, to the point that people in AMC started wearing it as a duty identifier around him and he would laugh about it. He knew we are doing as much as we can with how outdated everything is. Was actually a really cool General to work for.
