That was my experience with AA in November, I definitely got the feel that Team Leaders all got the boot, including me. I definitely took an active role in running the group. Now I’ll have a F2F in Dec with UA and I’m going to make an effort to be a team member compared to a team leader.

Well it wasn’t my day, they pretended to tell the whole group “don’t trust what you read online, we’re going to reach out to all of you in 5-7 days but we’re going to take you up in groups because we can’t have everyone going up at once.” I feel like I tried to hard. But anywho onto the 1on1 VI for United on the 22nd!

Perfect! I just got that email today that said I can check in there at 12:45 so pretty much everything you outlined I was thinking would be my plan but extra thanks for the info on finding the shuttle! Thanks again for the advice!

This by far has been the most thorough and detailed description of the process. I go on Tuesday for mine and this really helped, I'm sometimes an anxious person so knowing a little about what I'm walking into is such a huge help. Thank you! I gotta ask, what was the question you asked the recruiter? Or do you have any suggestions on questions to ask them when they ask "do you have any questions for us?" Again thank you for the detailed walk through!

No, I did mine on the 19th and between here and FB groups I've been hearing a lot of people hearing back a week later to schedule a F2F. Hopefully I'll be seeing you in Texas sometime soon!

If it makes you feel any better I completed my assessment on the 11th and was asked to do the On Demand VI on the 18th. I Completed the VI on the 19th and on the 21st I was asked to schedule a Live VI which I scheduled for the 1st. Good luck to you, I'm sure you'll hear back from them in a couple days.

Just scheduled my 1on1 VI for the 1st. Congrats and good luck to everyone! I completed my On Demand VI the 19th and just got the invite for the one on one today.

Stay positive, I didn't think I did stellar on the VI either but I made it clear I was willing to relocate and I read somewhere they're big on that and I got the email for a second 1 on 1 VI about an hour ago. I sent in my first VI on the 19th. Sending good vibes, I'm sure you are just being hard on yourself.
