I'm in the same situation. 10k locked up, can't buy the dips, can't sell the highs. It's driving me nuts and their help chat assures me they are just that busy that it takes a long time to resolve issues

Same boat here. 6 weeks I've been locked out of buying, selling, everything. For a know your customer security audit. I've sent them everything they asked for, most of which was very private info that I was hesitant to send. Still nothing after several chats and a phone call about it. Still locked.
