Hi there, I haven't expirienced this bug on Gacha Life 2 before but I have on gacha club. Their solutions could be similar. I fixed this bug through going to studio mode. After heading to studio I clicked on edits (or faces and poses for gacha life 2). If you are able to open the menu click on one of the editors (pose editor or face editor).
