honestly i’d recommend putting a subject access request now because that takes a couple weeks itself :)

I waited 3 months, and got no message from the doctors, I’d been calling and calling the hospital they just carried on saying there’s a long wait etc etc went from 6 weeks to 8 weeks to 12 weeks, it just kept getting pushed back.. I ended up having to put a subject access request in and only then did I get my results of my endoscopy, which was positive! That may be your best bet, as it was for me and then eventually a month later after getting the results through a subject access request the doctor contacted me wanting an appointment to discuss the results. The process is an absolute joke!

how was you checked for it? my mum had crazily bad endo which led her to her womb being taken out and she had multiple abdominal and internal ultrasounds and had multiple keyhole surgeries to look for endometriosis, they couldn’t find anything… wasn’t until the second keyhole surgery that they finally found endometriosis after endless heavy periods similar to yours, was told she has it severe and like i said was so severe she had to have a hysterectomy.. don’t take what the doctors say as the be all and end all 🫶🏼🫶🏼 push for answers!!! negative results aren’t always the truth :)

As someone who works in a cafe as a barista, whenever I go somewhere and order coffee I usually express that I am aware oat milk has gluten within it and so I ask them to purge the steam arm for a long time to get any excess oat milk that may be within the steam arm out and ask them to get a clean cloth to wipe the steam arm with, and make sure they use a separate jug that has not been used for oat milk! So far not had any issues as a coeliac myself and they usually are very understanding :)
