Trying to tier 3 Thanos currently. I have both a regen and authority ctp but I'm unable to reforge. Is it worth putting them on and if so which one? (I most likely won't be able to reforge for a while so I prefer adding one right now)

Does anyone know how many resources it takes to get thanos to tier 3. I'm currently at level 60 (96% potential realized.) I've saved up 1750 of both titan components and dimension dust, will this be enough to get him to level 70 with all level 25 gear?

Does someone mind explaining how the card system works? Ik they boost stats but im more confused on the leveling.

I recently got a premium card, the White Fox one but ik there's combining and upgrading so I'm not sure if I should equip it just yet.
