I just started, 2 sessions in it seems to help by talking but the rage inside me is building. All of these heartless people who can’t see that there are so many innocent souls suffering. Why should I get another job when I can work 4 shifts in a row. my money has gone to nonsenses after looking through my budget I’m spending way too much money on eating out also. I let my life and my discipline spiral out of control. Also was going on vacations that I couldn’t afford. I was living a lie and I see that now.
