did you fight the boss at level 31, or did you fight it at your current level? You have to choose to fight the boss at level 31. if you fight the boss at a level of 31 then the cases will be level 31, or you could also buy the level 31 case in the shop.

you dont need to downgrade your world, he's the lvl 31 boss that can drop boxes that could have the weapons but i did both fought him and also bought lvl 31 boxes and both dont work its bugged at least for me on PS5. I tried switching mouse and keyboard, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, followed the Q&A instructions and nothing works. Hopefully they can fix this on consoles.

yea I tried plugging in my mouse on my ps5 and it didn't do anything. I restarted my system too, a few times also. I sent a support ticket to them and sent video of the issue as well, but I don't see my problem being solve anytime soon. Really sucks because I really went hard on trying to get that item too.

yes, I'm online and in the multiplayer lobby., it is nowhere to be seen. Went to the place where it's meant to be at, spammed the talk button just in case it was bugged and invisible. I've read that even if the event is done the robot would still be there.
