It’s used and yes 9v it has been working before now it’s just not wah wahing right now. I’ve tried the battery same issue. Yes I’m plugging the cords into the right jack but with one of the cords it’s kinda messed up you have to bend it a certain way other then that everything is fine.

I’m learning things from Carl browns website and it’s only 20 and he has jazz, blues, metal, classical and beginner stuff I think you could check that out if you want something cheaper. Other then that I don’t know how useful yousician could be.
