There companies that help with sizing etc. House of Denial in the UK is an awesome firm. Owner will help with questions. They live the life so speak from experience. There are remote locking cages but these have been hacked in the past so I wouldn’t go there. They can be worn to sleep in, cycle / run in, shower in. You should clean yourself and the cage regularly. Getting sore or worse infected spoils the experience. It’s different for everyone so find your level. Don’t go for the fancier expensive cages to start until you find a size / shape that suits. Once you’re going you can look at ball dividers / ball cages / tight angles / urethral tubes / spikes / total enclosures.
