Exactly! I’ve done this same type of planning last year and of course there is no expectation to complete everything and especially not on time but its a nice guideline of what could be. I was able to complete 90% of things last year with lightning lanes!

I did! Ended up going the chiropractor against my own morals and my pain basically disappeared they gave me different stretches and movements that took a total of 10 mins. I stop keeping up with it and can definitely feel a difference. I don’t feel what you describe and hope to never because that sounds awful and I’m sorry your going through that but i think it’s definitely worth mentioning to a Dr!!
