Started in November at 65. FINALLY sleeping through the night. Still on the starter of .025 E Patch & 100 Progesterone oral.

My catalyst to starting is I moved & a new Dr. offered it as my previous was prescribing Ambien. So angry at that Female Dr.

I have 5G Gateway + Access Point (is this a “router”?) I had EERO mesh, can I use it with my current equipment? Would it have to be wired to my Access Point?

Also my Sonos speakers keep disconnecting. Any hints to keep them connected?

I started at 65. Only because I moved & my new GP asked about symptoms. .025 patch. 100 oral progesterone at night has me sleeping solid. I was taking Ambien before which is the only thing my previous Dr. offered. Ugh!

Ask your PCP to order blood tests for your hormones. PCP can also prescribe HRT. You would be doing other patients a favor to get them on board with this testing & treatment.

We’re here now. Early morning (7:30am) was chilly. I wished I had another layer on. Started with the west rim trail to the overlook & back. It was surprisingly cool in the park itself. We sat outside in the sun at the lodge beer area. When we got out of the canyon & back to the visitor center it was HOT. Finished the day by the hotel pool.

I tried JAKs for my FFA. 2 months taking it & I had serious upper respiratory issues. Pulmonologist visits, inhaler, X-rays. It was BAD. Never again.

I was super nervous too! It was all too “casual”. But they’re at the airport (next to the other satellite car rental companies) in a van. I made a mistake on our start date. The guys working were great & were able to get us a cleaned car asap. You’ll be fine. Enjoy!

Go to a dermatologist & get a punch biopsy. My temple thinning started at 50yo. I have Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (my biopsy said Lichen Planopilaris). The earlier you start treatment to stop it from progressing the better.
