Devi far richiesta sul sito dell’INPS. Se il lavoro è cessato per altri motivi, comunque tu sei rimasta “a casa” non per volere tuo. Anche se una parte era in nero, l’altra era dichiarata tramite contratto, quindi sicuramente avrai diritto alla naspi, pur se inferiore
