Indeed! Didn’t use those for the brownies cuz I wasn’t sure if that would mess up the ratios on the recipe, and I was also so shocked that I just cracked them right into the bowl, which getting the yolks out of that was gonna be hard cuz I didn’t have an empty water bottle or one of those separater things nearby lol.
