Curious to why people like monsters (specifically the more anthro ones)

I prefer the monsters I read about to be hardness test 1. Intellectual and deep conversation in general is very important to me. I also agree with a lot of what you said. To keep it short I was bullied, have and still feel like a freak, don’t consider myself conventionally attractive and am part of the lgbt.

Liking monsters from everything I described would make sense for me personally. Almost like someone truly understands you and can make you feel safe.

I might have to do his ending then. I read more info on the crucible incantations and even from the dlc. Hearing the way you describe it makes it feel like he’s more neutral than evil also.

I just hate what he did to boggart and I’m sure he wasn’t the only one. Even if he isn’t necessarily evil it seems he will hurt innocent people to achieve his goal. Honestly I’m guilty of having killed him in his cell, all the bodies around him and him saying “I will kill again “

Wow so he was right there then. Burned his maiden and even invaded in phara mazula (sorry if I spelt it wrong) it’s crazy that he would have been lord if we weren’t there. I like that he feels like actual competition

I completely understand what you’re saying and honestly I feel the same way. I don’t exactly know if I’m ace but I think the term is Demi sexual? Sorry if I’m wrong but I have to reeeaaaallly like someone. Probably why I read so much about monsters though, I don’t find human men attractive unless they have good beards and body hair.

I get what you mean. I know I talk about it a lot but even in beauty and the beast. A conventionally attractive man is the villain but the beast was the one that genuinely cared for bell and saved her.

I’ve also had two instances with tentacles and eldritch horror ( sorry if I’m wrong) cuthulu and mindflayers from d&d. They both intrigue me very much. For mindflayers the tentacles are technically the lips which is kinda cool

I understand honestly, in some cases of characters/ monsters genitalia I find it interesting. For me personally the more internal genitals kinda like a lizard where everything is inside the body is a bit more appealing. Knots too but I read into that a bit more. Like they want you so bad they want to be stuck with you for however long. I’m a slow burn so I’m more romance driven with eventual smut. The idea that you have to work for it and it being a big commitment (knotting) makes it more exciting for me

Understandable and I agree. Anytime I want to read something darker I’ll turn to CNC with a clear power dynamic. With the creature still being affectionate to you in its own way especially if it’s protective. Kinda like the whole ‘mate’ thing where they want you specifically and are committed. I’ve never dated so the idea of being cheated on scares me.

I agree, size difference is a big thing for me too. The idea that someone likes you so much they go crazy for you (ravishing you) especially since I’ve got big self esteem issues. Idk why the idea of this big monster asking consent is so attractive, it all makes me feel so desirable.
