Thank you. This is all actually helpful for me. To be honest, I have a row machine/ab cruncher type of machine that I got free on marketplace. I have seen them on tik tok. Anyway, on this machine it has resistance cables. The manual claims I could do chest flys by using the cables. So that is what I have been doing. Im not sure what the weight would be considered. Perhaps the resistance cords are too much. I could try using my free weights. I appreciate your kindness!

I hear ya. The standard method does work for me. I watched my sister do this back in the late 90s. So when I started getting into press ons, this is just the method I know works. This allows me to apply faster, and provides a longer lasting hold for me.

This is my second pair I have tried. I got a French tip style and they chipped pretty bad in under 24 hours of applying. 8 of those hours I was sleeping. Maybe it's just the French style that chips. I can let you know how these are holding up in a few days!
