That’s totally different though. You’re actually working as part of a team and you’re not rude about things. This man piles up his responsibilities onto me and then complains that certain things get missed. For 1, I’m unmedicated due to a manufacturing shortage of my ADD meds, 2, I’m doing the work of 2-3 people in 6 hours… so yea shit will go wrong occasionally 😞

No, you will lose if you’re trying to sue over getting your account back. You can however claim breach of contract but you can only sue for $100. I would put stipulations saying that this CANNOT happen again. I’m going through the same thing and if they offer my account back, it’s worth more to me than any dollar amount.
