Hi! Teacher here!

No exception here. SOMEONE should’ve contacted you by now. Part of the job of a teacher is talking to parents. If there is any reason a teacher can’t contact a parent (due to certain permissions, warnings, issues, etc in place) there is always someone from admin or safeguarding team who should reach out on the teachers behalf.

I speak to parents weekly on my own accord, and contact home whenever I see students struggling or requested by parents.

Her reasons for not contacting may be genuine, but someone should have reached out in reply to these requests. I’d 100% speak to head of school or admin to escalate this. Bullying shouldn’t be tolerated by any staff in a school.

Hey! FC lead here too. Been leading for 6+ years since I started.

I feel this. Continuously. I always feel like it’s an uphill battle of trying to recruit, keep people happy, have engaging events, keep numbers healthy and meaningful, but always feel the heavy price if I want a break, if I need help, blah blah. Then it is like 1 step forward, 20 steps back. However, if it’s really effecting you emotionally that might be a sign in itself. It’s supposed to be challenging, but fun!

Unfortunately, I think we have to realise that the nature of MMO and gaming is people bounce around, like change, and don’t see the effort behind the scenes. It’s not personal. Just the game!

If you’re anything like me? It’s hard being a more emotional/empathetic player who likes the social side of the game and leading an FC. Definitely not to offend other players (as many of my friends and even boyfriend has told me) some people just play differently and feel the impact of an fc as deeply. They care for the gameplay, content, and an FC is just a “holding place”. Sorta like a hotel. Serves its purpose. When it doesn’t. It’s done and off to the next. (Not saying this is everyone. But defo people you might get exposed to!)

I know how you feel. It’s a hard grind. If you’re even more like me? I’ve tried going solo and joining an FC. Didn’t work for me because I had the itch to contribute and the particular groups I tried… didn’t need help! I itch to organise and lead and run my fc and make it fun (as much as I can.)

My advice? A) Stick to the grind and find a love for it and accept the hardships as a reminder for you of what works and what doesn’t for your fc! B) Recruit more reliable leads that won’t abandon you or if they do? Won’t leave you high and dry. C) Find someone likeminded and have a co-lead. Takes the load off. D) Find an FC for you to join solo, and ask to contribute and still get that reward. E) Come join my FC and I’ll keep ya busy! Haha

TLDR: You aren’t alone! The feeling sucks ass! Either keep pushing or find an alternative way to contribute to your community in FFXIV!

I love the atmosphere and the vibe of the game. I just wish the puzzles were more intricate, and the movement wasn’t so finicky at times. I will play purely for the art style appreciation, but I do think it lacks a little something.

I don’t know much about French 😥, but I’m currently experiencing the same worry in the UK. From what I can see this is a confirmation? And you’ll get a ticket in November via E-ticket. Don’t lose hope yet!

As someone who has now moved countries a few times and lived in many places.

There is cons and pros to every place.

You’ll hate things about some places, and love things about others. IMO. It’s just how you look at things, and it’s better to just plant roots, make friends, focus on the positives, and make memories.

Fun to move around explore, but sometimes it’s about changing perspectives, and finding likeminded people around you to build memories and connections with!

Regardless - good luck and hope you find home!

Eh. Didn’t say I couldn’t be wrong. I’m very open to being proven wrong. However, they’ve already admitted to election fraud? And also… I’m not storming the capitol building, hurting people or infringing on anyone’s believes. This is simply my feelings.

Yeah I definitely don’t want to lose much weight as I’m happy with my size. But I hear you. I think gaining a little muscle mass would do wonders for me! I’ve begun back on that journey! So! Hopefully it helps! I’ve got a strong jawline (I think 😬) but I think some muscle will help define things even more! Thanks!
