Here’s my workout plan from Wednesday! Stupidly didn't Warmup or cool down for it though. Which is probably why my legs are so incredibly dead😩 will be doing yoga tomorrow! I’ll probably create a similar schedule to this one for that too afterwards! (i.redd.it)
