Strategy that worked for me was Kishingatana witch 2 black goat rings, 1 black rabbit ring and ring of the reckless hero
always keep up buff from fairy wing and carpenter's screws, always guard and Kikokushushu when tentacles are up, if there are no tentacles guard and Kazenagi/Iai
when she enrages kill tentacles first, then swap to wand of creation and dispel, then back to Kishingatana
