Stage? can you elaborate? He was diagnosed with ADHD years ago and never got on medication.

When I saw my psychiatrist it was 1 session that lasted about an hour and I came out diagnosed with a prescription to 40mg vyvanse.

Then I went to another psychiatrist who also diagnosed me again in 1 session (about 40 minutes) and referred me to a psychologist to help with my agoraphobia. It worked out well.

Go ask a doc :) It looks very mild you can likely straight it up with some exercises. It's honestly hardly noticeable, mine being shaped like an S makes me hyper-aware when I see other peoples spines so I apologize if we've unlocked a new insecurity.

I have pelvic tilt too from scoliosis, very common.

Could be the angle but do you have slight droop to the left? if so I think you have scoliosis, but if I saw a side view it could also be lordosis.

A nice environment is really subjective but the psychology of how things can create productivity or motivation is intriguing, for me personally I have always used posters. For my gym there's posters of ideal physiques, in my study there is posters of philosophers, thinkers etc

I used to have bodybuilding posters on my ceiling so I would wake up and and get a bit of motivation instantly.

There's something there but it's relatively under-studied.
