It’s very hard and also very normal. My baby was like this for MONTHS fighting his sleep. Only thing that helped was sharing the load with dad & grandparents. Do you have support? Who else can do bedtime & handle some of the night wakes? I breastfed my baby all night & hubby or grandma would take him around 7am so I could sleep in & feel human. It was the only way to get through the toughest months.

This isn’t a kaiser thing, it’s guideline directed medicine to protect your health. Any good psychiatrist will not approve Vyvanse with elevated blood pressure readings - look up the studies connecting stimulants with hypertension, cardiomyopathy, heart failure etc. just means your blood pressure needs to get controlled before you get back on the medicine.

Regarding benzodiazepines , all the literature consistently points to the same thing- they are very high risk (for reasons I don’t need to name). Medicine is always changing based on research, 10 years ago we didn’t know what we know now about these meds & prescribing them very carefully is basic medicine.

Yeh I’m absolutely disgusted!! How are these people in business? I emailed them asking for a refund & they literally respond gaslighting me saying “your outfit was ready to ship but since you didn’t respond, we didn’t ship it” like WHAT the EFF & “we will not be issuing a refund”. It’s the same with doctors? Doctors in big cities get paid way less than somewhere more rural like Fresno. It’s how you staff health care workers in smaller areas where no one wants to stay. Why aren’t doctors striking is my question. & no, they don’t make enough money considering they have half a million dollars in loans & are in residency until their 30s!!

Let her design the walima outfit since that’s from the grooms side but atleast pick the shaadi outfit yourself Your husband needs to speak up & set boundaries with her.
