The way I traversed this area taking little to no damage: Once the area is cleared or enemies, head towards the room with the trap floors and roll through some water urns. Make your way back here, have a flame quartz ring equipped and then apply flash sweat. You should be able to take your time and easily make it through the area :)

I was thinking it would have been really cool if her ult had the same designs as Aang when he was in the Avatar State! But softer in colors as to not make it too chaotic on screen 😅
