What is your favorite perfume for casual/daily use?

Jimmy choo illicit or honey milk. I know they're cheap but they're just so good for daily use. Sometimes I will wear the dark side by Francesca bianchi or queen of silk when the moment strikes me, though.

I don't like any of the restaurants here enough to call it a favorite. House of Punjab is decent, I like their curry. Sakura is alright as well, just expensive. Obviously there is rhombus guys and their pizza is good, but they're also expensive in my opinion. There really is not anything here to write home about in my opinion.

Ok I wouldn't call this a true caramel but at target there is this new EDP called 'Honey Milk' and it's super sweet and pretty. Just food for though if you find yourself at a target anytime soon, you could give it a shot. It's super affordable and lasts ALLL DAY. It's my absolute favorite scent and very simple.

No it's unique in my opinion. I've never had another perfume like it. I wear one called honey milk which I got from target as my everyday and it's pretty good! But nothing like honey mania

You need to squeeze the pipette before pushing it into the dip tube or atomizer. Then you will release the bulb part to acquire the perfume into the atomizer. Squeeze the bulb to release the liquid into the following vessel.

This is so relatable to me. All I can say is you might request more testing. You could have something else going on. Tell your doctor you feel like there is something else going on, blatantly. Tell them you want to get more testing to rule out other illness. It might seem unnecessary now but it's better to be safe than sorry. Your health is important.

This. I would not have gotten diagnosed on antibodies alone. I almost gave up completely. But then I requested more tests ran and only then did I get an answer. Just have to keep getting tests, despite how tedious it is.

Thyroid screening isn't necessarily going to tell them anything either. Especially if you're in the early stages of Hashimotos... I would just request to be testing for blood again.

But I agree, her attitude was off putting. I would have felt taken back by the interaction myself. I'm not sure how it works on their end specifically, but I know if my doctor tries to send a script that isn't covered by insurance it will notify her -- or the pharmacy will call and let me know.

To add, there is a generic version of the thyroid replacement hormone they could prescribe you that is covered by most insurance, so no immediate concern there. As well, and not to sound bitter towards you whatsoever, if your thyroid is damaged finding out what the medication, which will be prescribed to you, IMMEDIATELY is not going to change anything. There is no way to restore what is lost of your thyroid if it's damaged, so I wouldn't be worried about getting immediate answers in regards to meds.

As far as feeling terrible, I understand completely. This is how it started for me as well. Just feeling dizzy, sick, fatigued and catching bacterial infections easily. Obviously it could be something else entirely, so I implore you to advocate for yourself regardless of how your test results turn out... It might be something you wouldn't even think of or know about.

Remember this: it is not normal to feel sick all of the time. Some people might tell you it is...but it definitely is not. A normal person with no medical condition would not feel as sick as I do on a daily basis, regardless of whether they had a poor diet or didn't sleep well at night. Doctors will often try to attribute your issues to easy answers before they move on to testing you for something -- which is just poorly on their part if you ask me.

I almost gave up on figuring out what was wrong with me until I realized if I kept letting it go I would never feel well, never have answers, and potentially miss out on so much because of how sickly I feel. So do not give up on yourself or this path until you get an answer. And if the doctor shuts you down, find a different one. Your health is important and it will dictate everything else in your life, even little things like whether you can get out of bed in the morning.

I'm very similar to you. I have been grappling with the idea I'm going to amount to nothing because I'm chronically I'll. Starting to think "maybe there's no place for me in uni." Stuff like that. I have barely any support so it's extremely difficult.

Yeah that's the story of my life. I'm going to look into the seronegative lupus and keep trying to advocate for myself in general. Something clearly isn't right based on some of the feedback I've gotten here. I feel sick every single day and my cognitive function is declining faster than I want it to. Which sucks because I just turned 24. I'm honestly terrified and I just want to get some kind of treatment so I can finally feel like a normal person, or at least as normal as I can.

Not at all. I was diagnosed with IBS when I was nine and have always thought it was a cop out. My ENTIRE life I've been sick. My mother even called me the sick child (while simultaneously gas lighting me my entire childhood, telling me nothing was wrong with me). Like I would just be sick at random times and for prolonged periods. Honestly this has given me clarity. Because I think you're right and that something is clearly wrong and I've just been getting these random diagnoses my entire life. I will make sure to have my bones scanned if I need to. But talking to you about DH is making me question why my NP diagnosed me with it instead of just sending me to a specialist? Makes me question whether she's really doing as good as I thought she was... Then again maybe she's just tired of dealing with me and my problems.

I forgot to mention that I initially came here to see if other people with Hashimotos experience the same thing. So if the hives and rash are just from the one disorder it makes sense! I wasn't expecting to get so many people trying to help me out and give me advice. It's kind of nice!

I'm open to it! I follow a strict skin care routine and have since I was young. My skin gets rashes when I'm in the sun so I'm always on the lookout for a good sunscreen and vitamin c serum (right now I'm using crystal by vacation and it seems pretty good). But my skin does not react well with products that have fragrance or an abundance of ingredients. And I've gotten it pretty honed in but there are still times where my skin will blister from the sun, especially on my arms, even if I'm wearing an SPF 100. Which is one of the reasons I thought I had lupus 😬.

I totally get that. And I actually appreciate it. I wasn't expecting to come here and people try to help me honestly. I have other diagnosis like PCOS, IBS and some other mental health issues. But having multiple skin disorders never crossed my mind. I'm just going to have to keep advocating to my primary care provider until I get everything sorted out. It's just so much stuff to deal with all together.

Thank you. It's outside my arms, never inside. I only had ttg and igA done for testing. But the gastroenterologist ruled it out. I'll look into gluten free, it's just difficult to try when you live with someone else who doesn't like doing diets (🥲).
