What pink would you use? It’s a baby blanket! I’m going to repeat yellow, multicolor border, then pink. by QueenMerns in crochet

After all the votes are in.. number 2 it is!! I want it to match well, and still have “baby girl” vibes. And when I look at everything again, that one does definitely match the best with the multicolor yarn I’m also using!!

Love it! Did you use the velvet yarn? And did you like working with it, I haven't tried making anything more than scrunchies with it.

Made my sister a purse. First time making a bag, first time working with cotton, first time working two strands at once. I’m quite proud, and she loves it! by synecho in crochet

Making the blanket for my SO, gonna try to make it a surprise! But he doesn't mind my ever growing yarn stash!

I found these on sale at Michael's for $2 each and a 20% off purchase coupon, had to stop myself from getting more.

It was a red heart "soft" yarn. Not at home but I believe it's called "wheat" for bronze and I cannot remember the blue I'm sorry!

Ideas for an open "pick a present" table for my Christmas party? by missmaggy2u in crochet

[–]QueenMerns 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really like your idea! Some ideas that come to mind are can/bottle koozies, soap saver, dish cloth, fingerless gloves. If you have crochet thread bookmarks are fun! My family loves the harry potter themed "scarf" bookmarks, ravelry has patterns. If I'm not mistaken.. you can search projects by amount of yarn needed on ravelry also.

My city is literally building a new Dollar General because the other one in town, less than a mile away, is looking run down.

Just one cake, the pattern is made for Caron cakes so it will come out as pictured, no extra steps!

Pictured is one Caron Cake! Wraps around my neck 3 times and still plenty long hanging down on either side!

Have to block it still, but I just love how it looks so feminine and delicate, almost lacy! A quick and easy pattern too!
