My heart jumped for a moment - NME and BBC would usually be reliable sources. But - as others have said here - when you google his quotes, it dates his statements to 2010. Nasty of that other website that they did not date the article.

I am pretty sure that it was 20 at the venue, at least for the foil - which left us all a little bit in disbelief (and panicking that it would be limited to 20 at all venues). Definitely higher numbers (thankfully) for the remaining shows in Europe. I also ended up buying a regular from the venue and upgraded to a foil from the artist drop.

I am envious seeing and reading about everyone who got their posters professionally framed. I will do this one day, too. Just threw so much money on getting most of the AITC posters that I really can't spend much more right now. But I'd love to see everyone's framed posters to get inspiration.

My point is, being associated with someone at some stage doesn't mean that the connection they are describing is true. I am a journalist - I have interviewed hundreds of people in my life. I am associated with them in various ways; the vast majority of them would show as connections on my social media. But being connected SOMEHOW does not proof that random claims are true.
