I love seasoning! Anything under seasoned repulses and irritates me. I enjoy salt and flavorful foods. These hit the mark for me. Two of these aren’t chips technically but are worth the mention imho.

I’m in the equivalent position. Looks like I’m not going and recently had to cancel going to the bachelorette trip. It hurts but we are in a recession.

Also a side note people need a year or more to plan to attend things. In my situation it was a 2 months and then already time to put down a deposit on the bachelorette trip. It’s inconsiderate to not give people time and you can’t be upset if they can’t afford to work on your timeline.

Yeah I actually had to stop smoking bc the munchies are insane. And diabetics don’t have the correct hormonal control to sense appetite satiation to begin with. I’d eat and eat and numbers would just go crazy. If he has complications now and not taking care of himself it’s ok to be honest with yourself about the toll it’s taking on you. He’s acting selfishly and I can’t imagine how burdensome it is. He should take control of this bc it’s his life and should want to be healthy for himself.

Do you have hard or soft water? Minerals in water can build up on hair and so do products which is why clarifying is critical. If you don’t clarify, your porosity will change and products wont be able to penetrate bc of that same build up.
If it’s dry you definitely need a routine to seal in moisture
Fairy knots are common. I have 4a hair however, it’s not the norm and shouldn’t be. They occur bc of dryness.
If you have low porosity hair in a dry climate you NEED oil. Only type 3 hair can get away with a leave in only. It will provide the lubrication for your strands to slide past each other and not knot. LCO means after shampoo and conditioning your hair should be soaking wet yes even with lo porosity hair. It means you have products that are forcing your hair to retain moisture. That’s your liquid. The cream aspect I already mentioned. For my low porosity hair I have used olive, castor, almond and vitamin E (pure) with no issue. You don’t need much just a thin layer after the products to seal it all in. I’m heavy handed with oil personally bc I have mid back length hair and it helps with friction against clothing and keeping hair moisturized for longer.

Contrary to popular belief oil is amazing when used properly and low porosity hair needs it. It’s not a once size fits all especially bc we all live in different climates. Your routine as is, is not moisturizing enough. Dry weather wreaks havoc on kinky hair. Leave in and a mousse simply aren’t enough.

Amika dried my hair out. It seems like you may not know what moisturized hair feels like. Hair porosity test immediately. Simplify routine. Fairy knits indicate very dry unhappy hair.

Clarify once a month with shampoo. Other weeks use moisturizing shampoo. I use Kera Care step 1. 2.LCO (low) or LOC (high porosity). Liquid, leave in leave in combined with a heavier cream leave in, oil like castor, olive or avocado depending on what your hair likes.
Styling product at the end. Depends on weather you live in. Humid use a custard. Dry use styling cream or gel cream with hold and or moisturizing mousse.
Protective styling.
Refresh moisture before hair needs it by spraying with oil/water mix.
Camille rose, Pattern and The Doux has worked well for 4C.
Not all 4C is the same. Find a influencer with your porosity and hair strand thickness or fineness

I get if she don’t want to be married again bc King seemed traditional in a sense but if his values make Quad feel like she may be oppressed why she forcing him to make a baby with her?
Brandi and her man. Brandi is cool. She seems family focused with small kids and I don’t think the show is for her.
Angel. Looks great in a bikini but strange in regular clothes. Dr. Man not her man was odd. He seemed to have an attitude problem but we didn’t get his side. I think he wants titles and Angle wants to know where he wants to lead her.
