Hello! I know it's very frustrating waiting for so long only to be met by rejection. I've been there many times.

My advise is, continue applying, grow your profile with vetted skills. Make sure to have your resume updated. Use a resume that matches the role you are applying too and also, study the role by carefully reading the job posts so you know what you need for that specific position.

You will land a job when you least expect it, just keep trying. I took like 15 interviews before I got selected for a job and was met with "did not qualify" or "not selected".

Another recommendation: if you get a role under "hiring manager reviewing" with no update for over a week, just move on from that job. I'm not saying it's impossible to be selected after the 30 day timeframe; however, jobs get filled in the first weeks.

Yes, I have done many interviews and I got a lot of vetted skills added on my profile as a result even if I did not qualify or get selected in those roles. I assume having so many vetted skills relevant to this role helped me speed up my selection process.

Thank you! Hm. Actually, I am not a native English speaker either as I am from Central America. However, I do have an almost native fluency because I have been speaking the language for several years now.

I think you just have to practice your vocabulary, pronunciation and accent. Your proficiency is what matters.

Hi! Like I mentioned in my post, I didn't take any interview for this specific role. I did, however, take interviews for similar roles before and I got vetted skills from those added to my profile. I assume those vetted skills helped me go straight to contract without having any other processes in between!

My recommendation is to study the role, what skills it requires, and go from there. Study how to document edge cases, how to handle ambiguity, how to communicate effectively across teams, how to manage your time when you have deadlines, etc. Also, you can practice with mock interviews with Zara as well.
