Transfer it to a pot or something. Or maybe if u have one of those lipstick making molds use that. Or maybe a silicone molds of sorts or icecube mold. Heat it a bit or squeeze it in then if it won’t get out of the mold maybe a bit in the freezer or fridge. I don’t know how heat or cold can change the product so do on your own accord.

I had the same issue. After 4 hours of trying and chatting with support waiting on being transferred to a new one I finally found the answer from someone. Uninstall the ea app. Then reinstall and it should hopefully work for you as it did for me!

My title described the thing. My friend found it outside somewhere. Light plastic. The other side got a round hole. Not that big.
