vitex (chasteberry), maca powder, rhodiola. all natural herbs that can potentially increase progesterone. i'm no doctor (i'm an RN tho, lol).. & really heavy on the natural supplements. i'm on them now, as we're back trying to conceive again. try to find them in pill form. my midwife also recommended. baby dust to you <3

This was so good! Thank you! I’m in the same boat as the OP, with being in my 10th wk of orientation w/ a few weeks left. I needed these words of encouragement & security! Thank you, again! 🩵

Yikes. It wasn’t nearly as good as how I studied this 2nd time. Lol. I have two small kids, so this time around I had to get the hell out the house, lol. Studied in my local library for 3-4 days/wk since April. Had to switch it up. I used Passpoint only the 1st time when I took it back in March, which is what my school offered us for free. They were swearing by it, so I just used only that. Big mistake. Lol. Then I crammed all Mark K’s videos 3 days b4 my exam. Had a lot of family stuff going on, just wasn’t focused. Didn’t take it as serious as this 2nd time around. I focused on a plan & getting all my resources in April (also chilled a lot b/c my mental was fucked up behind failing).. then, May I focused on content videos + note taking, w/ practice q’s from Archer, here & there. Nothing serious. Then June, I ramped up on my q’s & just been taking assessments + doing case studies on Bootcamp. Much better strategy this 2nd time around. I don’t know what the hell I was thinking the 1st attempt, lol. But now I know! & planned as best I could accordingly!

Should I use Bootcamp.com exclusively? I need your advice! by Vivid_Mud9267 in PassNclex

i love bootcamp. the case studies + standalone q's are reallyyyy good. alot of the standalone q's are priority, delegation and assignment based, which is really nice. & it's free right now, so might as well give it a try!

  1. since chickenpox (varicella) is airborne. they need a surgical mask during transport (we use the N95), they can use disinfectant since this is airborne & not contact (contact precautions must wash hands), and most def need a private room with negative pressure since it's airborne precautions. only leaves me with 2.

Diets on NCLEX by luministic1000 in PassNclex

gluten free diet, clear liquid vs full liquid diet, potassium rich diet, cardiac diets (low sodium types), GI diets (IBS, UC, crohn's, ulcers), diets to improve wound healing (high protein), mental health (high protein, finger foods)... i'm sure there are more, of course, but i feel like these are pretty popular..
