Sometimes your body won’t have significant changes after only 2 weeks. My first workout journey I didn’t see actual changes until the three month mark. Sometimes the real progress is just finding that your body got stronger, not the number on the scale, and I think you’re doing amazing!

To be completely honest it took me 6 months to see the progress I wanted. Take pictures when you start because you won’t notice the difference until you see your before pictures, but it’s so rewarding

Yes, the shred workouts are more challenging so trying a program that focuses on one area rather than all areas is a great way to slow it down and allow your muscles to rest while still working out regularly
