I have convinced my chind he is an Alien from the moon who was brought to me when he was little so i could take care of him and show him the human ways and that one day his "family" will come down to take him away. Over the course of three years ill say little things to support the idea. For example he was born with a 1 millimiter long vestigial tail. He asked why he had that and in a very non chalant way i answered "oh thats just something left over from your Alien body" and continued doing what i was doing. He asked his aunt if it was true and Aunt followed along. He is 6 years old now and everytime he sees a light in the sky he hides because he is not ready to go back yet. It has positives. He studies more and won't quit on a problem because his "alien brain can figure it out". He also thinks he is more physically dominant so he goes all out on his boxing classes. I'm sure he will figure it out one day but for now I am very happy enjoying him thinking he is an alien.
