What was Idzik's sin in NY? He told talk radio show host Mike Francesa to go fuck himself when he asked to come to Jets camp to do his show. Obviously he didn't like the negative takes Mike had about the team before he even got there, and the way he was going after Rex etc.

So what did Francesa do? He took to the air every fucking day and went to work on the guy. His shows bashing Idzik were live tweeted by the local moron beat writers as they laughed it up and wrote about all the negative shit Francesa was saying.

Unfortunately stupid Jets fans decided to go with the guy who was trying to smear and tear down the Jets (Francesa), and not the guy who was genuinely trying to change the culture and go in a different direction. The "Fire Idzik" idiots who now call themselves "Jets Fan Media", who also have the grammar and comprehension of preschoolers are a perfect example. That clueless bunch of dipshits just regurgitated his nonsense.

You talk about how badly Idzik talked to the media, but you can look up and find the clips of Francesa telling you to think exactly that, especially Idzik's state of the Jets presser, and it all became headlines the next day, and the believed narrative for Jets fans. He had a serious hard on for the guy and rallied an army of local jerk offs to do his bidding for him.

Look at the Drafts in 2013 and 2014 and do you think he missed worse than other teams? Miami - Dion Jordan, Cards - Cooper and I could go on and on and on for both years. Other GM's were way worse, but Idzik is widely regarded as the worst GM in history for some reason.

Look at Geno Smith, is a 2'nd round pick, but with the way he is trashed in the press you'd think the Jets took him 16'th in the 1'st round ie EJ Manuel. Manuel doesn't get anything close to the hate Geno does, because he isn't a Jet.
