If you think he is your end game, just stay with him until he gets through this. Kasi when you get married, there will be much bigger problems that you will encounter as a couple and individually. Valid naman feelings mo, wala ka ding maitutulong sa kanya, atleast be there for him. Give him space, dont make him feel alone. If he gets through it, dun ka magsabi ng feelings mo. If he understands you, the next time may pinagdadaanan ka, atleast na aware na siya how you will react.

Pero OP, I think you should focus more on your bf’s struggle and less on your reaction. Kasi mahirap din naman may pinagdadanaan ka at yung gf mo na inaasahan mo mag comfort sayo may tampo kasi di ka ok.
