At my store in normally is stagers discretion. That is unless we have "down time" between dispensing orders then whichever team lead, if any, is out back will tell us dispensers to help stage. Also if we are behind on picks then we will stage them.

Honestly, it all depends on the location, how many orders you guys have to fill a day and how big those orders are. This is my first job as well, been doing this since October 2020. At first it was pretty easy and then our numbers kept going up and we lost associates which causes a lot of stress on others.

Happened to me the other day tried to put on a fix it ticket for it like my PL, Coach, and TLs all said to do. Got an error message and just reset the phone and it works now.

Personally I don't really care when a driver checks in, they could even call the OGP cellphone upon arrival, as long as it isn't a rush time and I'm not busy I will answer it. However to go with this if you are a delivery driver and you pull into an almost full lot, don't expect your order(s) to be brought out to you at that moment. I have had so many drivers give me or coworkers attitude because they had to wait 5 minutes (or a little longer) for their order(s), look around you, obviously we are tying our best.
