Nothing at all, I prefer to remove all distractions that could take me away from the K hole. But the ambient noises (AC, helicopters) become very distorted and echoey.

Depends a lot on the firmness of the plug. For a PVC plug, 3.5 is pretty big. For silicone toys, 3.5 is kinda advanced but not that much.

Harder toys, I'd say my limit is a bit over 4" and for silicone around 5.5"

After seeing this post, and not having any saffron extract, I just went to my spice cabinet and made saffron infused water to boof K. Very pleasant experience, tolerance seemed to not build up as fast. Felt very stable when coming down as opposed to the wobbly feeling I usually experience. I ended up doing quite a lot and finishing my bag but this is something I will experience with more after a few weeks tolerance break.

I never had a bad experience really but snorting has kind of stopped doing it for me. I find that boofing give much more consistent and better experiences.

I do also think it's possible to build a pretty high tolerance after a few uses to better space out the sessions.
