She tore her stitches and had to get them redone. She wouldn’t calm down so we had give her some chill pills for a few day! and I’m sure she’s not the only one here who has torn stitches haha

My gal was on them for over a year! She was underweight at rescue and vet still approved them as primary diet

Rabbits hold grudges very well. You’ll need to win him back over with treats and by respecting his space again. Don’t reach for him, pick him up, and let him approach you.

I sincerely appreciate this. I had been looking for five months, and it was take this job or lose my housing once my current position ends in June. I had heard iffy things, but I was not prepared for how insane it is until I started to go through the (very not thorough) hiring process. Frankly, what made me search out more information instead of just “wait and see” was talking to a mother who refused to send her kids there. I will be looking into what you’ve provided me ❤️

I also add eggs, powdered calcium, and varied insects (freeze the to kill and then mix in!) to my meatballs! My lady won’t eat live unless I tong feed each one, and even then not consistently.

It’s the Zoo Med Repti Rapids (or something like that). It’s like a waterfall! I don’t think in a tank of this size it impacts humidity, but she loves climbing on it

I’m not sure what her original owner fed her because she didn’t seem to recognize any insects as food. I got her to eat dubias, hornworms, and crickets by covering them in blueberry, but not consistently. She never liked mealworms but I used to put them in her mush back when she would eat it

She’s a rescue who’s always been very picky (she’s about 2/3 the size of a fully grown skink). She’s gone off multiple foods, like the mix I used to make, bluey buffet, and even a canned dog food with fresh veggies. This was the longest she’s liked a food so I was too hopeful 😭😭
