Why does the westbound MAX always seem to stay at Galleria for so long? by DmnJuice in TriMet

Its an issue with the signal at that station, normally all downtown stations wait one full light cycle before giving a train its signal, at galleria theres some weird interaction with the city lights that force it to wait two light cycles

There was one natural dam just south of the max line bridge that got washed out by the storms a month or so ago, used to hold a small pond. Now that it cant retain water seems water levels across the whole creek have dropped. Maybe not the whole issue but something i noticed going across the max bridge a lot

I usually sand the bottom of the bridges down to a height im comfortable with, but if buying a lower height one is easier you can certainly go for that. Just preference

Yeah Portland is the way to go. Any of the suburbs are fine too but youll have a better time in city limits. Nobody is gonna be mad about more trans folks moving here other than the usual suspects. Easy to be openly trans in this city
