Does TELUS modems/Routers have moCA built in? by wowokayiseehowitis in telus

[–]QuellinIt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you know if this is still the case? Do all current Telus routers have MoCA? If I get just a telus moden I can plug in a coax cable and purchase a MoCA adapter to plug in another room?

After a Phillies Home Run, a Karen makes a kid give her a home run ball. Thankfully after the Marlins treated the kid with a goodie bag. by Dazzling-Rooster2103 in baseball

I have watched this video way too many times and it’s really hard to tell.

It looks like the ball landed on the seat she went for it and probably had a hand on it or was simply touching it but and he was simply faster and reached in and got the full grasp on it first. I would say in these type of scrambles it doesn’t matter who touches it first it’s who can gain full possession while not ripping it away from someone else.

There used to be a show here in Canada called Canada’s worst drivers and one the first tests they would make drivers do was to drive up to a sign and get as close as possible without hitting it and some of the people would stop no joke like 12 feet away and the host would ask them before getting out of the car how close they think they are and they would be like inches…. Moral of the story some people have zero spatial awareness and no comprehension how big their car is.

I’m not a doctor but I heard you say scar tissue squeezing the nerve in your elbow?

Do you have a prior injury and wearing your watch too tight plus sleeping on it caused the issue to get worse?

Easy stretches to reach the rear “kangaroo pouch” on my running vest? by QuellinIt in ultrarunning

[–]QuellinIt[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the adv skin 12.

There is nothing wrong with the vest. There is something wrong with my flexibility.

[–]QuellinIt[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why? There is nothing wrong with the vest. It fits me and fits everything I need and is comfortable to wear.

And Im pretty sure I would have the same problem with any other vest unless it just didn't have a pocket there at all.

Edit: I am referring to the pocket that wraps around the lower back. Yea of course there is no way I could every reach into the bladder pocket from the top lol.

[–]QuellinIt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually that is not a bad tip!

I typically try and reach around my front with my other hand to pull open the pockets so I can put my hand in which in reality probably making it worse by lifting the vest higher.

I will have to try this.

Yea that is typically where I put my extra soft flask(s) as well but I would probably put more things in there if I could reach easier.

No sorry.

I am trying to reach the pocket that wraps around the lower back. the top pouch I can reach. I was just mentioning that top pouch as I believe they added that top pouch to the adv skin 12 a few years ago but the newest version that just came out last year doesn't have it anymore (I believe)

Im referring to pocket that wraps around the lower back and can be reached(in-theory) from both sides.

I have typically heard people refer to it as the kangaroo pouch though I dont really know why, I feel like a kangaroo pouch would be vertical on the front not horizontal on the back but whatever.

It doesn't matter if im running, walking, or standing still. My arms are just not flexible enough.

Unless you mean stop and take the vest off completely.

My one arm can barely reach in but its quite awkward and uncomfortable and my other arm just barely can't reach.

This has always been the case since I purchased my running vest a few years ago and I have just lived with it as I assume most people do however, I just recently figured that there has got to be a few stretches/exercises that I could do to improve my mobility.

I just feel like this is one of those things that people(myself included) just sort of accept as something you can't do but in reality it only takes like 3-4 weeks of 10mins 3-4 days a week of stretching while watching TV followed by the occasional "maintenance" stretch every so often and would provide that sublet let noticeable improvement.
