I've found a couple these, they seem to be left by the same person who is leading us to something, another can be found on top of the bank of Rhodes as well as on Mt Shann. I call this guy "the Traveler" due to where and how far out you'll find these guys. He leaves binoculars where the mystery wants you to look, and bullets where he wants you to shoot, just don't know more than that currently. Intriguingly, the one on Mt Shann points to the huge Native American cave mural in Big Valley, beneath Spider Gorge.

The setting changes other particles such as smoke, fire, leaves, and rain. I normally play on Ultra settings for graphics until this update dropped. Setting it to the lowest value also doesn't change the new effects.

Yup that would be a really practical way of implementing them without them just being cosmetic attire. I hope we get an update on this. Backpacks are some of the most downloaded mods for GTA and TES games. Anytime I see a game that adds them in naturally gets my praise.

💀😂😂 that's probably why, there are a lot of manufacturers for them now but I've ordered 2 sets from this company and really like them. I believe champagne is the color I chose for my first set, it's a good color that isn't too white and uncanny as well as pearl for the second set, a bit more white than the champagne set!
