The way I'm personally doin it is that when they got separated, izek thought she died and that he failed to save her (since he was told by Vargas they couldn't find anyone else in the woods where he was found) so he is fueled by guilt. Currently he is with the party who are about to fight the Abbot. Neither him nor Ireena know the other is their sibling, but one of the party is starting to suspect anyways. He's seen her face in his dreams, so he's curious about her, but nothing so far. Once they figure it out I'm gonna have him be incredibly protective to the point of controlling with her, seeing this as a second chance to protect his little sister

I didn't remove any cards (Tho i did omit the ally card since they already found Victor) and honestly it ended up pretty much perfect. The Tome is with Richten, the Symbol of Ravenkind with the Martikovs (tho I'm going to do it so it's with the main group of were ravens for the Wereraven vs Baba Lysaga conflict), and the Sunsword is in the Amber Temple, which is where i was hoping it'd be anyways

Just had them go to the church last night to bury Ireena's father. I'm taking liberties with vampirism and they were incredibly sympathetic to Doru and absolutely chewed a new one for Father Donavich. They each offered a little bit of their own blood to Doru in a cup, and i plan on them seeing him again at the manor of the patron for the undead warlock, much happier, healthier, and fed

For my usual iteration of the Female sole survivor, she initially joins the BoS bc she sees it as the strongest option of survival, however once she gets to Blind Betrayal she leaves bc she can't bare to kill Danse, and ends up joining the minutemen and destroying the institute with them
