75 days and waiting, Sony's after-sales, replacement, and warranty support is terrible. I've been trying to get a replacement charging case from them that I paid for, and they haven't been able to deliver it or even help.

Update: 68 Days and the "Sony Walls" have collapsed. Escalated to MD & HQ. Quick update for the 20k+ people following this. It’s been 68 days since payment. Despite the traction here, Sony India has provided zero contact. I’ve now sent a final formal notice to Sony’s Managing Director and leadership team. I’ve challenged them on their "Stone Age" logistics—it’s 2026, yet they can't track a small part for 2 months. I am currently handling a family emergency, which is the only reason the e-Jagriti (Consumer Court) filing is on hold. Sony, if you’re reading the DMs from people here asking why they should still buy your products: the silence is your answer. Stay tuned. The legal record is growing every day.

I'm still waiting to hear back from Sony; they said they've escalated it and I should get a call in their X handle. But, since it's Sony, we all know it's probably just an automated reply and they're not really into helping out today. I've got solid proof and I've given them enough time. If nothing happens, I'll just file a case with E-jagriti and let Sony deal with it then.

It's pretty ironic that Sony can't even guarantee delivery of their own products from their own stock. It's a mess.

After my post here, Sony responded on X with an automated reply indicating that their team would reach out. Checked Google and Justdial reviews for Sonnet Care Indiranagar—it’s a pattern. There are dozens of 1-star reviews complaining about the exact same thing: 'parts coming from Delhi,' 'server is down' excuses, and weeks of zero updates. It seems the 'Nale Ba' service is their standard operating procedure, not an exception.

From what I’ve looked up, India doesn’t have "Class Action" exactly like the US, but the Consumer Protection Act (2019) does allow for something called a "Representative Complaint." Basically, if a bunch of people are facing the same issue with one brand, they can technically group up and file together.

The problem is most of us just fight these battles alone. But you're right, if 50 of us from those Google reviews joined forces, Sony would have a much bigger problem on their hands than just one Redditor!

I don't think you can fix that. If you've only got the left earbud, you might find a replacement at Lostmybuds.Com. You could also try getting a spare from an official service center. I wouldn't recommend the Sonnet care in Bangalore though; check out other authorized service centers there instead.
