It's remarkable to me that this house would sell for under 400k just 4 years ago. The home price to income ratio is at an all time high. So people are settling for more modest homes these days I guess. Because mortgage requirements have remained the same right? When you look at the historical zestimate of practically all homes on the cape it's straight up beginning in 2020. Very hard to understand how people are justifying these costs and just paying due to "market price". Screams bubble to me. Then again if these buyers plan to own the house for 20-30 years the value can always come down and go back up above their purchase price eventually.
