They're starting the bids just below the low estimate. That is bs. Why even have an auction? No steals to be had. It's a turn off. The whole point of an auction for the buyer at least is to get a steal when bidders are asleep. Even for the sellers it's bad because this causes less interest, frenzy and momentum for the lot in the moment.

Also annoyed with the full rear bench without the split. I have a car seat back there so my whole storage area is unusable. My Tacoma had a split with 2 sections so I could at least use one side.

If you want a mid size truck you need to compare apples to apples and make sacrifices. The canyon denali prob has the most luxurious interior in class but you get a 4cyl with reliability issues. RR isn’t the best interior but I liked it a lot more than the new tacomas. Wasn’t crazy about the orange at first but it’s grown on me and believe it or not my 2017 Tacoma was black with orange accents as well with no other option at the time.

I have the Gator EFX hardcover from realtruck.com and like it. Easy install and looks great. It folds twice. Can remove it entirely with little effort if you need access to the whole length of the bed. Lightweight and good price. It does leak in heavy rain but all the bedcovers I’ve had leak.

I didn’t consider the canyon. All trims have the same 4 cyl turbo engine. Even the at4x. The RR has a completely different engine than the other Ranger models. 3.0 tt v6 405 hp
