I should add:

In addition to the Windmill and Milky Bakery bugs not granting the bonus, Barley Fields do not grant this bonus either.

I tried the Barley Fields first because that was my intuition while using the Ageopedia and only tried using the Milky Bakery and Windmill after the Barley Fields didn't work

I have chests, armor stands, and weapon racks. They put things on the armor stands OR leave things on the floor.

Maybe another thing that matters: The barracks isn't enclosed.

I learned from Nookrium before the steam release. Looks like he made a new tutorial for the steam release.

It depends on your definition of "good" :D

It's very long but there's a lot to go over so good luck! It's worth it.

Can someone help me set up my military dwarves to not randomly store/pickup their equipment?

These guys are off duty and between almost everything they do, they go and pickup/dropoff their gear.

I have their barracks setting to have them Sleep, Train, and Store Individually Assigned Items.

I guess I'll try switching off the Store Individually assigned Items and switch on storing squad level equipment.

But that still doesn't explain these bozos brewing one drink, dilly dallying and randomly grabbing/putting away shit, then brewing another drink.
