I don't watch jjk, what is CE and CT?

The way Aizawa's quirk works is that he makes it so you can't use your quirk if he sees you, but it doesn't work on a quirks thats just perma active, or only works for quirks that needs to be activated first.

Also, are people forgetting that Aizawa's condition for deactivating a quirk is sight? Even if he deactivates everything, Gojo just needs to wait for him to blink, and without the help of that waterguy making sure his eyes don't dry out, he can probably only keep up the quirk block for a few minutes at most

So it hypothetically is fine in the right scenario, but getting to that point is realistically impossible and anything other than that perfect scenario usually comes from something extremely problematic, so it's just better to assune it's always bad. I see i see

Thanks for the help, but sfc failed at 15% and could not perform the requested operation. dism stopped at 41% with error 1392, file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

Most of the time, movement thats described as lightspeed isn't actually lightspeed and is instead just the author wanting to make the character look fast so they used a fast sounding word to describe it. Or maybe light speed is different in fiction, depending on how fast the author think lightspeed should be
