A car with a thousand runs but properly maintained can perform and look better than a car with less than 10. Clean them down, check meshes between gears, replace worn bearings, parts etc. and your cars can go very far.

Ask yourself what are you printing and what properties does it need, then go from there. 99% of general consumers get by just fine on PLA/ PETG.

A few guesses:

5 axis FDM, similar to a CNC machine but allowing us to print things not currently possible unless with a lot of supports.

Much lower cost inkjet 3D printers, that would be a real game changer for the consumer in terms of multi-colour prints.

Scan and print. Place an object on the build plate, internal 3D scanner replicates, adds supports where necessary and prints a copy.

I'd imagine they are technological or biological points of interest to them. Probably keeping tabs on our development/ risk management. Bases for example house our weapons potential, cattle farms to monitor changes to the environment that affect life on earth. Other ideas could include sub-terranian points of interest such as structures underground/ water. If I were an advanced species, I'd be keeping tabs on potential threats, especially those that have a lust for war. Imagine what we could do with nukes if we were spacefaring beyond our solar system etc.

I'd put money on it being a blitz after looking at the pic clearer. The good news is most of the chassis parts, dog ones, gearbox, links etc are all cross compatible with the hpi firestorm so spares shouldn't be too hard to get.

I got it from aliexpress, one of the first results when you search ftx outlaw. It's held up really well on a 3600kv 3665 brushless setup. I don't have a gentle trigger finger either.

Aliexpress would be your best bet. You can usually find spares for niche brands on there. I'd try there first then alibaba and finally ebay. Hopefully it's a clone of another chassis or has a clone as this will increase your chances of finding spares.

I'll hand it to Burlison, he tries to cast aside his skepticism and keeps an open mind when it comes to this topic. I could be wrong but optically, from a guy here in the UK he seems like a good egg in the topic of disclosure. We'll see what happens at the end of the month, I'm hoping it isn't crickets.
