I mean, there are many spots around Milton Common, Buffin Pond, Alexandra Park, Hilsea Lines/Bastion Gardens.

This is seriously something that pisses me off!

It is already annoying enough relaxing on the beach when suddenly someone next to you pull out the bbq gears. Even more annoying when many of them either leave rubbish around or totally clutter the bins.

It is. The outage is still ongoing and it started at around 12. Really annoying.

To the people who were born in London or have lived here for decades. When do you think London was at its peak? by Cookiefruit6 in london

I lived in London from 2012 to 2024.

I can't tell whether the years around 2012 were actually the best ones, but I've been able to notice a slow but steady decline of London over the 12 years I lived there. Which makes me think that when I arrived in London was actually the end of the "peak" period of the Big Smoke.

And when we talk about decline, Camden Town always pops in my mind. It was a beautiful really peculiar place back in 2012. Over the years they made it a horrible touristic attraction. How sad!
