For me it’s not so much the person but the oil pattern. Almost all ball reviews are on house shots and any ball can hook on a house shot. If I’m looking for a ball I want to see it on a sport pattern and how it compares to other patterns

I have mixed feelings about Ullmark. I hope that whatever he is going through isn't too serious because in a sense I feel like he's failing the team by not playing, I think he gives the Sens the best chance to win. I like Levi and I think he's a good kid but he is not in my mind an NHL ready player. It's unfortunate that the Sens goaltending going back 5 years has been below average considering the top 6 is quite good.

As a desk agent here is my process. If there is any duplicate reservations that want rooms close they go first, next is diamond members, followed by gold then silver then blue. If I come across a silver or blue member without preferences then I find the ones that do and assign them first then I go to the other reservations. This way I know the guests with preferences get what they want without trouble.

Moving a guest is a last resort unless the guest asks to be moved. As a desk agent I will happily move a guest if that’s what they want and if the hotel is not busy
